    Definitely GT4. Not only can you do races, but you can run just about any vehicle you can think of in so many ways, not just in missions. This includes stunts and your own cop chases.

    Grand Trismo series.
    There is a new Need for Speed called Shift 2 I played the Beta in that it’s really fun too.

    But I prefer Forza Motorsport 3 the most

    Grid hands down. Though you have to be a bit careful, some people on there like to get really aggressive when they start losing. But yes, fantastic online, offline as well if you ask me.
